Below is the download link for the Custom Shape Tool needed to complete the in-class Flag project:
Follow these instructions to open a .zip folder on your computer:
Open File Manager in Windows (Finder in Mac)
Find downloaded .zip folder and double-click it.
When the .zip folder is opened, you will see the "leaf-custom-shapes" file.
Drag that file to another folder in your computer.
Now that file will be available for use in Photoshop.
